MediConnect 360 Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all products and services provided by MediConnect and are governed by the laws of India. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Copyright and Ownership
All work produced by MediConnect, including designs, text, images, and ideas, remains the property of MediConnect unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Copyright is retained by MediConnect until all associated costs are settled.
2. Project Acceptance
At the proposal stage, MediConnect will provide a written estimate via email. This estimate must be signed and returned by the client, or the client may send an official purchase order indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions. These terms govern the job, superseding any conditions stated in the client’s purchase order.
3. Design Charges
Charges for design services will be outlined in the written estimate. A non-refundable payment of 50% of the quoted fee is required upon acceptance of the estimate. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the release of materials.
4. Source Files
We will provide necessary files (proofs, PDFs, etc.) as per the project scope. Charges for source file releases (e.g., PSD, AI) will be quoted separately if required.
5. Additional Services
Any additional services requested beyond the original scope will incur additional charges, payable upon acceptance of the revised estimate.
6. Payment Terms
The client will receive an Approval Form and an Invoice before final publication. The remaining balance is due at this time. Invoice queries must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date. Accepted payment methods include online transfer, credit, or debit card.
7. Default
Accounts are considered in default if unpaid 30 days post-invoice date. MediConnect reserves the right to remove all materials from its systems until payment is received.
8. Copyrights and Trademarks
Clients confirm ownership or proper permissions for all materials provided for the project. MediConnect retains rights to its created materials unless agreed otherwise.
9. Alterations and Changes
Any changes requested after the project scope has been agreed upon may incur additional charges. MediConnect is not liable for any alterations made by third parties.
10. Licensing
All creative work produced is licensed for one-time use only and cannot be modified or redistributed without written consent from MediConnect.
11. Data Formats
Text must be supplied in electronic format (e.g., .txt, .docx), and images must meet quality standards as specified by MediConnect.
12. Project Duration
Estimated project durations are approximations. MediConnect is not liable for project delays beyond its control.
13. Access Rights
Clients must provide MediConnect with necessary access to complete the project. Timely provision of materials is required for project success.
14. Design Completion
The project is deemed complete upon receipt of the client’s signed Approval Form or confirmation email. Additional services will be treated as separate projects.
15. Website Hosting
MediConnect offers limited hosting through a third-party server and is not responsible for continuous service. Clients are responsible for fees associated with third-party hosting.
16. Domain Registration
MediConnect cannot guarantee domain name availability and cannot be held liable for registration failures.
17. Search Engine Submission
Due to varying factors, MediConnect cannot guarantee specific search engine placements or rankings.
18. Design Credits
Clients permit MediConnect to include credits on promotional materials and showcase work in portfolios.
19. Rights of Refusal
MediConnect reserves the right to refuse content deemed immoral, offensive, or illegal.
20. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Clients will be invoiced for work completed beyond the non-refundable deposit.
21. Disclaimer
MediConnect makes no warranties regarding its products or services and is not liable for any consequential loss or damages.
22. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous agreements. MediConnect reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
